Job Purpose / Role:

As the Outsourcing & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist in Singapore, you will ensure that service contracts comply with both local and global legal and regulatory requirements. You will serve as the point of contact for relevant service contracts within Allianz Commercial. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Allianz Commercial Global Outsourcing and TPRM teams based in Germany. You will be responsible for communicating regulatory requirements to stakeholders and implementing local processes to consult Business Owners in fulfilling their responsibilities. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure third party agreements comply with global and local Allianz Corporate Rules, security regulations, and legal terms.
  • Monitor and report on Outsourcing and TPRM related topics; liaise with governance partners and auditors and maintain traceable Outsourcing/TPRM documentation.
  • Maintain risk control systems for local Outsourcing and TPRM.
  • Conduct self-assessments and reviews to ensure compliance with guidelines (e.g., Monetary Authority of Singapore) address gaps in coordination with the Global Outsourcing and TPRM Teams.

 

Processes & Systems

  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all relevant third party agreements and key documentation for reporting purposes.
  • Enhance processes by creating and updating corporate rules and guidelines to Outsourcing and TPRM.
  • Develop and refine automation and industrialization of local Outsourcing and TPRM processes.

 

Stakeholder Interaction

  • Advise Business Owners on policy compliance and provide regular compliance reports to local Management.
  • Serve as the contact for related third party contracts within Allianz Commercial.
  • Collaborate closely with Allianz Global Outsourcing and TPRM teams in Germany.

 

Key Experience / Requirements / Skills:

 

Required Experience

  • 1-3 years hands on experience in a field related to Compliance, Protection & Resilience, Procurement Governance, Risk Management.
  • Hands on experience with working across multiple cultures / regions.
  • Experience with governance/procurement related tools (e.g. SAP Ariba) and processes are a plus.

 

Required Education

  • Bachelor or master degree in business administration, law or another related field.

Languages

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Multilingual or fluency in local language is a plus.
