Job Purpose

Support AZAP office manager in day to day operations of AZAP Singapore Office to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the Office and employee experience.  

This internship is a 3 to 4 months internship till the end of 2024.

What you do

- Support office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company guidelines
- Coordinate with Internal and External providers on service requests completion
- Track, maintain and organise supplies inventory with regular usage reporting
- Content setup and migration of Intranet portal 
- Conduct market research, gather information as requested and Assist in preparing reports, presentation and data analysis

What you bring

- Knowledge of MS 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
- Reliable, responsible, self- motivated, resourceful and proactive team player
- Ability to work under pressure, independent and willingness to go extra miles
- Meticulous, organised, perseverant and good communication skill

- Basic facility management knowledge
- Problem solving
- Pleasant but assertive

- Minimum diploma holder
