We are looking for our next Senior Analyst - People Operations & Solutions who will play a pivotal role in managing our HRIS systems and Employee Life Cycle Management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys learning new skills, and is passionate about adopting modern technology.
What you will be doing:
- Part of People Operations & Solutions team which primarily deals with HRIS systems
- Responsible to administer end to end process of Employee Life cycle Management
- Responsible for work & personal data changes for employees
- Responsible for Employee Medical Insurance, Pension & mandatory Statutory requirements
- Responsible for Leaves, Timesheet & Attendance process for entire organization
- On-boarding & Off-boarding Activities & Employee database updates
- People Queries Management within the agreed Turnaround time in collaboration with other People Experience functions
- Holder for People policies, guidelines & Standards
- Responsible for managing & optimizing People platforms - Dayforce & SF
- Maintenance & Indexing of Employee personal files (Digital/physical)
- Provide administrative support to People Experience Team in ad hoc tasks/activities
Skills and Capabilities:
- Open-minded, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Collaboration & positive attitude towards challenges
Requirements:
- Degree/Masters in Human Resources
- 0-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in Microsoft packages (Excel, Powerpoint, word, visio)
- Work Experience in HRIS platforms like (SuccessFactors, Workday, Peoplesoft, Dayforce etc)
