Objectives of the job :

  • Perform compliance check for the received vendor invoices
  • Identify the right cost center and General Ledger account for booking the invoices
  • Identify the right approver for paying the documents
  • Process supplier invoices in SAP and release them for payment
  • Handling of payment requests from SAP purchases
  • Supporting Supplier with different payment topics
  • Identify and drive process optimization
  • Manage and solve escalation topics
  • Work in SAP FI, SAP-MM,
  • Control, create and update the relevant Desktop procedures and keep it up to date
  • Liaise with other Operational Entities, units, departments as well as with externals (clients, providers) and fosters good relationships
  • Maintain PO listing for booking of expenses accruals (provisions)
  • Maintain CCA listing with automated entries
  • Maintain Expenses accruals listing  with automated entries where applicable
  • Ensure that payment are done as per weekly schedule on Wednesdays
  • Attend to suppliers queries related to payment
  • Maintain P&L assignment on SAP tool
  • Clearing of bank accounts on a daily basis on SAP tool
  • Maintain proper filing of documents
  • Any other ad hoc duties related to the Finance payable 

 

Qualification & Experience :

  • The ideal candidate holds at least a diploma in a related field (preferably in Finance) or has attained a comparable level through relevant experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet monthly deadlines
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking & problem solving skills
  • Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence internal partners to set up corrective action plans
  • High level of initiative & ability to be autonomous
  • Able to multi task
