Key responsibilities/What you do

We are seeking experienced and analytical Organisational Design Specialist to join our dynamic HR Operations team.

Being in this role you will shape and optimize the structure, processes, and systems that drive the organization's efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness by providing analytical services to senior business and HR leaders leveraging data analysis and respective tools. Core of the role will be to drive the Strategic workforce planning supporting key business decisions on people, sourcing, Talent acquisition decisions. As an Organisational Design Specialist you will be responsible to  

  • Oversee and manage the Organisational structure  across all HR systems (SuccessFactors, payroll) and beyond, ensure clean and accurate position structure and allocation
  • Build and enhance Strategic Workforce Planning framework and run related activities, provide valuable data insights to core business stakeholders on people and organisational metrics to support sourcing decisions.
  • Based on SWP analytics, provide input to core HR stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition,  Learning and Development or Talent Management to enhance their business support
  • Continously analyze organisational data to drive organisational streamlining along designed framework, evaluate optimisation potential and work with core stakeholders to develop and implement resepctive initiatives
  • Support the organisation in functional HR expenses and resource monitoring and optimization, provide services to business stakeholders and HR Business partners on productivity steering
  • Support organisational and funcitonal transformation in a growing and dynamic global organisation.

Key requirements/What you bring

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, HR or Organisational Development or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles, change management, and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge on SuccessFactors and/or related tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective organizational designs.
