What you do

 

The IT/IS Risk Analyst is responsible for managing IT and IS risks, ensuring Compliance with Allianz Partners Information Technology and information Security policies and guidelines. Scope includes all Allianz Partners entities, including activities outsourced to Allianz Technology and other third parties.

 

You will report directly to the head of IT/IS Risk and Compliance and your main responsibility is to ensure compliance with Allianz Partners IS & IT policies (including IT and Security standard and IS practices).


Key responsibilities:

1.    Risk assessment: 

  • Contribute to all IT/IS Risk Assessment methodologies and provide training / guidance to Business Owners
  • Conduct information security assessment for existing applications and for new projects 
  • Assess external providers (Outscourcing process / Cloud solutions)
  • Interact with all entities and Business owners to collect and consolidate IT and IS controls and risks 

 

2.    Control activities:

  • Contribute to the Allianz Partners IT Control Framework (Line of Defense 1): scope, organisation, controls, KPI
  • Collect and analyse evidences provided by Business owners and AzT to Identify gaps to IT Control Framework requirements,

 

3.    Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Ensure the proper implementation of the Integrated Information Risk Management (IIRM) process
  • Interact on a regular basis with Outsourcing, Risks, BCM, Legal, Compliance and Pivacy functions
  • Report to relevant stakeholders indicators regarding compliance

 

4.    Team activities:

  • Participate to Allianz Partners IT and IS Steering committees 
  • Support Allianz Partners Regional Information Security Officers and Information Security managers 
  • Participate to onsite visits and security reviews in the Business Units.

 

What you bring

  • Proven track record in Risk Management role
  • Thorough knowledge of Cyber Risk
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Studies, or equivalent relevant work experience in IT
  • Proven ability to works under broad direction. Work is often self-initiated. 
  • CISSP, CISM  ISO27001 Lead implementer/auditor would be nice to have
  • Highly motivated, dynamic and self-steering
  • Fluent in English with international exposure
