Key responsibilities
The Enterprise Architect is responsible to define the transformation roadmap of Allianz Partners' IT landscape towards a cost-efficient digital enabler of the business ambition in terms of growth and operational profit. In that sense you will be responsible of the end-to-end and global target operating architecture model that serve Allianz Partners' business to achieve its business goals for all Functions and Lines of Business.
Through this role, you will have the main following responsabilities:
- Lead architecture transformation programs that enable realization of business strategy and business model.
- Define, maintain and communicate Enterprise Architecture strategy, framework, standards, methodology and blueprints to LoB, transfromation and OM management and IT Suppliers.
- Define Allianz Partners (AzP) Enterprise Architecture strategic direction and roadmaps to enable long and short term business strategy & goals.
- Define and promote consistent delivery models with CTO domains and Lines of Business and Global Functions.
- Responsible for the architectural alignment of new investements for all business initiatives of AZP. Monitors project architecture compliance & AZ SE H4 exception process (AFRIT/APITIS).
- Perform early IT impact reviews and analysis for new strategic initiatives, innovation or business improvement opportunities to verify whether they support Enterprise Architecture strategy and objectives and tenders.
- You are in charge of the accurate target & intermediate IT Landscape documentation in the AZ SE EA Repository. Monitors that projects driven by AZP OM and AZ Tech create the AZ SE required architecture documentation.
- Drive the AzP Enterprise Architecture decision making through regular joint meetings with AzP CIO and AZ Technology IT Architecture.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate benefits accrued from strategic Enterprise Architecture driven initiatives, new processes and systems.
- Actively exchange with the Allianz Architecture community through regular meetings with Allianz OEs and with Allianz SE.
What you bring
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a practitioner of IT delivery in a multi-national company or as an IT Provider in such environment.
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects at global scale working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in large enterprise architecture design as well as Allianz specific market requirement.
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects at global scale working with multiple stakeholders.
- Program Analysis, development, knowledge of contemporary hardware and software architecture.
- Understanding of database concepts and web technology.
- Design IT Strategies to support Business Strategy.
- Ablility to interact with senior level management.
- Proven experience in IT strategy, architecture, information management, agile delivery and migration.
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field.
- Good English communication skills.
