What you do

We are looking to recruit a Leakage Analyst to join our Leakage central team in the Allianz Partners.

 

Reporting to the Central Leakage team lead, the leakage analyst will interact directly with all Allianz Partners operational entities to support the development and adoption of leakage management process via strong report, dashboard and analysis capabilities allowing to detect leakage pattern and to act on.

Working alongside the Closed File Review Lead, the person in this role will be responsible for: collect, tracking, monitoring and consolidate the data from leakage process in all Business Units and across all Lines of Business to align with the overall Leakage guideline with the objective to harmonize the analyses but understanding the specifics per BU and reality of countries.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

 

  • Leakage report / dashboard:  Build reporting capacities by meeting internal requirements on the delivery of consolidated reports about root cause, actions, leakage and savings.
  • Data Analytics: Conduct analysis of claims data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential areas of leakage. Understand based on database the main opportunities to avoid leakage, align and support BUs to find solutions (implementation of manual, semi-automatic or automatic controls on system and processes)
  • Statistical methods: Create statistics methods and sample analyses of cases in database to validate scenarios of leakage;
  • Support the analytical team - locally or globally including work very closely to Close File Review lead / process- to create extraction standards based on leakage findings.
  • Patterns tracking: ensure that Corrective Actions have impact on the processes with the Business Units, as they pertain to Leakage, are managed and results of such are tracked - including monitoring implementation.
  • Follow-up: Liaise with Business Units regarding procedure and regulations, for both automated and manual payments, to develop and maintain a comprehensive Open File Review to calculate leakage, financial accuracy, and recoveries
  • Support Roll-out of Leakage Management principles and best practices to all Business Units
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging to avoid leakage involving different departments e.g Network, Dispatch, Front Office, Product, etc
  • Continuous Improvement:  Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in leakage pathways by leveraging analyzes and participants feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to address gaps and provide ongoing support to ensure leakage.
  • Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of the alignments, changes and sessions together with the regional / local teams.

 


What you bring

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify common/shared patterns
  • Experience in Ops as network, dispatching, department of monitoring
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) - Excel to perform consolidation of data, analyses and reports and PowerPoint to create presentations about process, situations and opportunities
  • It is desirable to know the ABS dispatch flow (how it works, tariff structure, etc)
  • Fluency in english
  • Ability to multitask and work remotely in an international  environment
