What you do
Part of the Allianz Partners Protection & Resilience framework, the Global Incident Management covers requirements on Global Incident Management (GIM).
The objective of GIM is to define a globally harmonized process to act on incidents, both IT and Non-IT and focuses especially on incidents assessed as “high” and “critical” as these incidents have the potential to become a crisis. GIM builds up on existing functional incident handling processes.
The Incident Officer will be in charge of leveraging the Global Incident Management program through Allianz Partners so that it is aligned with the new DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act. Requirements. He/she will be supporting Allianz Partners entities in the implementation and execution of Global Incident Management in relationship with key stakeholders (Allianz Technology, Operations, OM, Allianz SE).
Key responsabilities:
- Identification of incidents: ensures all employess and services providers report identified incidents
- Incident assessment: notifies and classifies incidents in alignment with Group methodology, report to Group all incidents classified high or critical and performs self-assessment, in alignement ith DORA requirements
- Incident resolution: follow up on incident resolution, involving further functions to solve the incident and ensures procedures include the execution of recovery activities and root cause analysis
- Incident closing:ensure to document the incident closing including the results, any follow-up activities and continuous improvement measures
- DORA incident notification to the French regulator: or any other European regulator : prepare with all the intrenal and external stakeholders the differnet reports to the regulator as requested by the DORA regulation
What you bring
- At a minimum possess a Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics (or other analytical related) degree
- Solid experience (5+ years) in IT on service delivery management
- ITIL certification
- IT Architecture knowhow (functional, application, information architecture)
- Strategic IT thinking skills. Ability to combine rapid speed of disruptive innovations with minimal overall architecture impacts
- English and French are a must
