What you do

 

Reporting to the Sr. HR Business Partner, the HR Business Partner is responsible for translating business deliverables with the human capital plan, in an evolving business landscape, including continued global expansion, with exposure to an increasing number of legislative jurisdictions. Amongst others, the incumbent is expected to lead organizational changes, help develop & implement better human capital practices, empowering employee development and facilitating business success, in a line of business of around 1000 employees globally.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Business Advisory: Understand the business, to be able to effectively appreciate strategy & evolution of the Easy Living/Mobile Devices & Digital Risk Line of Business, in order to translate organizational goals into people practices and proactively support the development & implementation of the vision and strategy for HR for the LoB to enable business success
  • Company Culture: Positively drive the company culture, ensuring that values and behaviors are embedded throughout the organization. Partner with stakeholders to reinforce and embed the desired values and culture of organization
  • Relationship Building: Inspire confidence in business leadership of HR’s ability to be a true partner and facilitator, whom they can come to reply on advise and in times of change. Be the eyes & ears of the leaders on people challenges. Partner effectively with the larger HRBP, Country HR & HR Centers of Expertise teams
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with and influence senior stakeholders, advising on what can and should be delivered in terms of strategic HR initiatives. Provide consulting advice, build credibility, demonstrate accountability to influence the senior stakeholders and to present compelling, data driven business cases
  • Change Management: Support all organisation change, ensuring successful adoption, and demonstrate the ability to facilitate discussions around change and transformation with Leadership
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Align the people costs spend with strategic workforce plans. Interpret the business startegy to deliver  short & long startegic workforce plan in collaboration with key partners
  • Collaboration: Lead management of all people aspects in conjunction with HR Centres of Expertise (CoE) and the wider HR community
  • Enabling Business Performance: Drive positive business performance through HR interventions along the HR value chain, including: 
    • Talent & Recruitment: collaborate with the business, People CoE and HR Country Leads (if applicable) to deliver on a talent acquisition / recruitment strategy 
    • Learning: support implementation of L&D programs designed and supported by the People CoE   
    • Performance management: partner with business leaders & People CoE to identify & nurture key talent
    • Talent development: ensure business strategies can be implemented by identifying and developing future relevant skills, and drive talent development 
    • Compensation & budgeting
    • Onboarding & offboarding: effectively coordinate all onboarding processes for new starters, partnering with Country HR Lead or HR Generalist to ensure local legal/compliance onboarding / offboarding requirements are met  
    • People engagement: actively develop new, and build on existing, employee engagement initiatives   


What you bring

 

  • 5+ years’ experience as HR Business partner, in a global matrixed organization  
  • Fluent knowledge of English, working knowledge of any other european language will be an additional asset 
  • Strong communication & relationship building skills 
  • Ability to multitask, work in an international environment & with minimal supervision 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Ability to work and interact remotely 
  • Strong team spirit and flexibility
