What do we expect you to bring?

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 4 years of related work experience in organizational development or performance management.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Especially Excel)
  • Able to work within an agile and fast paced environment,
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative mind and data-driven thinking,
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a mindset of full ownership,
  • A self-starter, proactive, curious and innovative,
  • Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills,
  • Preferably knowledge of Success Factor modules

 

How can you make an impact?

  • Support organizational development and change management processes.
  • To carry out the development and maintenance activities of performance management process & systems
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights for improvement.
  • Analyze current and future workforce requirements based on business needs and objectives.
  • Monitor strategic workforce trends and make recommendations to improve staffing efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports &dashboards on organizational metrics
  • Support succession planning process for critical roles within the organization
  • Ensure local monitoring of global processes
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with managers and executives
