What you do

  1. 完成分公司经代业务的业绩指标。
  2. 与合作渠道各层级人员进行沟通、协调,保证业务顺畅进行。
  3. 协助合作渠道相关人员完成制作建议书、报价、投保、理赔、保全投诉、咨询等相关工作,重大问题及时反馈上级。
  4. 通过询报价与公司后台部门协调客户需求和业务对策以促成业务。
  5. 向合作渠道各层级人员传达、宣导和解释公司相关业务规则、操作流程、管理制度,以及法律法规和最新监管政策等,按公司规定对经代机构销售人员提出工作要求,并监督经代机构销售人员遵守《保险从业人员行为准则》和其他法律法规。
  6. 定期巡视合作经代机构,保证各种销售业务单证及宣传资料齐全。
  7. 收集汇总同业的信息,例如:产品信息、激励计划、促销方案等等,并汇报给上级经代业务负责人。
  8. 对于合作渠道的活动/意见,无论这些活动/意见是否有效,均需向经代业务相关负责人报告,从而使其他业务发展人员能分享这些经验。
  9. 对合作经代机构业务人员进行产品及公司相关规定的培训/ 指导,通过深入了解经代机构销售人员,有针对性的提供他们能从中受益的培训/ 指导,参加合作公司的相关会议和培训。
  10. 激励制度落实:参与策划、推动各种业务方案的宣传、激励活动,并将结果及时反馈。
  11. 主管安排的其它工作。


What you bring

  1. 本科及以上学历,保险、工商管理、优先考虑。
  2. 至少有3年金融业相关从业经验,具有经代渠道资源、团险资源的人员优先。
  3. 良好的沟通统筹及销售技能。
