Qualification, Experience and Skills
|
- Proficient in application development with Java/J2EE.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot and related patterns for secure microservices development.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, including REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and container orchestration tools.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Dockerised applications deployed in Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift).
- Strong database management skills: SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), ORM frameworks (Hibernate).
- Good understanding of design patterns, including implementations of event-driven and service-oriented architectures.
- Knowledge of message integration systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ).
- Version control expertise using Git, GitLab, or GitHub.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with API Gateways such as Apigee for service management.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana and Kibana.
- Nice to have: Experience with GraphQL and Reactive Java frameworks.
