As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the product strategy based on our eCommerce vision. From design to launch and continuous improvement, you'll drive the achievement of our product goals while maintaining the product backlog and ensuring smooth sprint execution. You'll represent users and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are translated into functionalities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and product.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new products, features, and processes within the eCommerce area
  • Maintain the product backlog, prioritize features/user stories, and plan releases
  • Represent users and stakeholders, translating their needs into functionalities
  • Ensure the smooth running of sprints and contribute to achieving product and tribe OKRs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and product processes
  • Carry out product tests to guarantee stability with each release

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Product Owner position in an IT environment
  • Good understanding of Credit and/or Policy Management processes
  • Strong experience in advancing projects with a technical dimension
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and user-centered design
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
