About the role
- Lead a team of individuals including those roles at the top level of the Case Manager Framework
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to achieve appropriate outcomes as required within the business, ensuring adherence to relevant legislative requirements
- Ensure customer expectations and business objectives are met by maximising team performance through effective management, coordination of duties, maintenance of standards, and continuous improvement of business process
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the insured, legal providers and brokers
- Participate in regular claims reviews while encouraging a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach being applied to claims considerations
- Ensure compliance with Workers Compensation Injury Management Act 2023, including principle and standards as set out by the regulator
About you
- Experience in empowering people to realise their highest potential by recognising and developing individual and team performance, and building talent pipelines for future needs
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation
- Ability to manage client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt with in accordance with an agreed timeline and scope
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
