Missions

You will join the Portfolio & Valuation team. Your main assignment will be as follows:

•            Support the team with reporting, analysis and presentation to the investors

•            Ensuring accurate integration of data and building relevant reporting. Perform quarterly analysis on mains KPIs for dedicated sub portfolio for all asset classes

•            Assist in managing valuation campaigns with external appraisers (including organizing and participating in property visits)

•            Conduct data research for transaction assessment (sales, acquisition, asset management), challenging assumptions on rental values, vacancies, and returns, to support decision-making

•            Participate in new work and initiatives related to process standardization

Background / Skills

•            You are preparing a master degree in a business or engineering school / university

•            A first experience in real estate (internship / work-study in Asset management, Audit, Investment, M&A, FP&A) would be a plus

•            Good analytical skills, and data driven

•            Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power Bi appreciated

•            English and French spoken
