What you do:

Perform analysis of financial information involving investment programs to assist management with developing and driving business development.  Work together with Head of US with the AllianzGI's local setup strategy and in managing the relationship with AllianzGI's largest asset management partner globally.  Help develop and drive execution of the firm's strategic vision in the relationship with Voya IM.  Assist management with the development of strategic priorities for the relationship, serving as a partner to the C-suite and other senior leaders.  Consult firm's senior management in the daily management of the partnership.  Act as primary point of contact between AllianzGI's most important 3P partner globally and the firm's functions on a broad range of topics.  Build and maintain a strong relationship with Voya IM via continuous engagement and cooperation on strategic priorities.  Facilitate discussions between AllianzGI's key internal stakeholders (e.g., PMs, US Head, Global Distribution Management, Products) and Voya IM related to various topics including the US distribution of AllianzGI products, oversight of funds and accounts sub-advised by Voya IM PMs and other topics.  Develop strategy related to broader US business, both from a revenue/AUM point of view but also including efforts intended to drive Inclusion & Diversity and employee engagement.  Act as a sparring partner to the Head of US on strategic initiatives and daily responsibilities.  Act as main local point of contact for most activities involving AllianzGI's setup in the Americas.  Role holder is eligible to work remotely 2-3 days a week.

What you bring:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Business Management, Management, Economics, Commerce or related field and three (3) years of experience in Asset Management or Management Consulting.  Must have experience in formulating and leading strategic conversations at C suite executive level related to business development.  Experience in client servicing/relationship management.  Must have cross-border expertise related to investment management in European Union (EU) and Asia Pacific (AP) regions.  Executive level presentation skills.  Must have knowledge of trends and strategic developments relative to asset management industry.  Role holder is eligible to work remotely 2-3 days a week.
