JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE:


The person would be responsible for a variety of Compliance Quality Assurance related tasks including some or all of the following: facilitate the logistics for scheduling interviews, collecting documents, draft result reports along with collection of documents/ samples, prepare tests & document the results, prepare Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reports, draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), upload and monitor CIMT (Compliance Issue Management Tool) issues in ORGS, follow-up on incidents. Also, would be organizing workshops for Risk Control Assessment, Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) and Compliance Assurance & Risk Effectiveness (CARE) with timely delivery. The person would report to Manager in Financial Shared Services (FSS) and take direction from a Manager in Global office. This is a global role so the candidate would be supporting the Americas, APAC and Europe region for compliance review & control tests.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Compliance Review - facilitate the logistics by scheduling interviews, collect documents, taking minutes, draft result reports.
• Key Control Test preparation by collection of documents & samples.
• Preparation of control tests and documentation of test results.
• CARE Assessment - organize kick-off, appointments, interviews.
• Monitor and follow-up on completion of questionnaire.
• Organize sessions with topic owners, appointments
• Upload and monitor CIMT issues.
• Update the Quality Assurance Connect page.
• Draft results reports based on AzP decision.
• Organizing workshops for Risk Controls Assessments (RCA), Compliance Assurance & Risk Effectiveness (CARE) & NFRM and taking minutes.
• Monitor timely delivery of follow-up steps resulting from the workshops.
• Collect KRI data and prepare KRI reports.

 

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS:


• B.Com/ M.Com/ CA/ MBA/ ICWA
• Hold a professional process/project management qualification, with detailed knowledge of control environments.
• Compliance or Risk Management Profile with experience in Compliance, Financial and/ or Operational risks assessment. ITGC would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on NFRM (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in Compliance/ Organizational Management/ Audit/ Risk.
• Ability to undertake initiative and deliver quality results often with competing deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously yet still displaying strong team work ethics and attributes.
• Strong analytical, process management, structural thinking and implementation skills.
• Thorough understanding of business and financial implications of technical analysis.
• Strategic thinking and tactical problem solving; frame issues and create effective plans for execution.
• Strong professional presence, excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage relationships both internal and external.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet set deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• This is a global role so the candidate would be supporting the Americas, APAC and Europe Control Testing team in so dealing with time zones will need to be managed.
• Everything will be done in English so a high level of verbal and written communication in English is mandatory.
• Additional Language (Not Mandatory): French, German or any other foreign language.
