Program Manager: AI Governance & Enablement Manager | Hybrid

We are looking for a Program Manager of AI Governance & Enablement to join our team and lead the development and implementation of our AI governance framework. This role will be responsible for developing a program to ensure that our AI use cases are ethical and compliant with regulatory requirements while driving business involvement and adoption of AI solutions. You will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent project management, and experience developing governance frameworks. You will report to the Senior Program Manager, Data Governance.

What you do:

• You will develop and implement an AI governance and enablement framework that aligns with our business objectives and regulatory requirements; provide regular reporting on progress.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the AI governance and enablement program meets business and customer needs.
• Partner with our Learning & Development and Change Management teams to develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on AI governance and ethical use of AI technologies.
• You will develop and AI governance communication plan to ensure there is agreement between partners and awareness for the broader organization.
• Establish monitoring to ensure AI use case compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Stay up-to-date with new AI technologies and trends and provide recommendations on their ethical and regulatory implications.
• You will develop and maintain relationships with important partners, including team leaders, legal, compliance, and data privacy teams.

What you bring:

• 6+ years' experience required in Financial Services, Governance, Program/Project Management, or AI/Advanced Analytics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienced required
• Experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• You will have the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AI technologies.
