As the Product Source of Truth Manager, you will be responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and evolution of the product Source of Truth, which is a newly created hub of product information for all lines of business, including fixed index annuities, registered index-linked annuities, life insurance, and in-plan solutions. In this role you will gain a deep understanding of our products and be responsible for the program management and delivery of the Source of Truth, ensuring its accuracy, consistency across products, and continuous evolution to meet the needs of its internal customers and solve complex business problems. You will also be the central hub for complex product questions, driving alignment conversations across cross-functional teams. The ability to effectively collaborate across business functions, anticipate and resolve impediments, find solutions to complex problems, and drive stakeholder alignment is critical for the role. The Product Source of Truth Manager role has a direct impact on execution of the company’s goals and serving our customers. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Contracting.

What you do:

• Business Case & Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the product source of truth from initial concept to a continuously evolving solution for complex business needs. Develop and implement strategic enhancements to achieve program outcomes and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and objectives.

• Oversight & Coordination: Oversee all activities associated with the product source of truth across business lines to ensure the goals and commitments are achieved, ensuring consistency across lines and products, accuracy, and of product content.

• Governance & Stakeholder Management: Define program governance structure, inclusive of decision making and overall stakeholder engagement plan. Conduct and manage stakeholder assessments to define level of engagement for each impacted functional area. Manage stakeholders’ communications across all levels.

• Product Expertise and Alignment: Field complex product questions from across the organization, engage and align key stakeholders on outcomes.

What you bring:

• 8-10 years’ experience of managing multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders required

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience required
