As a Senior Account Services Representative, you will partner with your operations manager to assess internal partner escalated cases, direct workflow within team, analyze trends from department performance and identify areas of opportunity for coaching, process improvements, and foster relationships within Operations, Allianz team members and other important partners, including internal/external Distribution partners. You will provide value to important partners by providing exceptional customer experience outcomes. You will influence our results through relationships, recommending/implementing process improvement, identifying quality trends and providing training. Apply knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and Operations and following established guidelines and procedures, and regulations. You will make the appropriate decisions for both the customer and Allianz. You will report to the Senior Operations Manager.
What you do:
- Be an initial contact for incoming escalations from partners and assess cases to determine best course of action and assign out for resolution within the team.
- Partner with team members (i.e. Relationship Management associates, contact center representatives, legal, compliance, risk-based quality associates, distribution contacts, vendor partners) by providing education. Understand internal and external needs including industry trends. Take ownership to provide a positive service experience.
- Seek areas for service and process improvements, identify and analyze trends for proposed changes to improve process efficiency and ensure accuracy and ease of business. Apply process knowledge to identify any potential issues, create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution.
- Be a team lead, mentor or subject matter expert for assigned area. Provide training to other employees.
- Be a lead contact for offshore partners; contact for workflow questions and distribution of work through escalations.
What you bring:
- 4 or more years experience required: Allianz Operations or Distribution
- Four year degree or equivalent work experience required
