You’ll be directly improving our customer's lives and well-being. You’ll deal with people experiencing challenging times, but your job is to deliver a positive customer experience for them - and this is what makes it highly rewarding.  As someone who builds excellent relationships, you'll help individuals, engaging with them and their workplace on the steps involved in their claim. Along the way, you'll educate our customers on what will happen at every stage and support them with anything they will need to know about their claim.  


You'll be responsible for

  • Manage the administration of impairment benefit claims 
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and functions.
  • Ensure verbal and written communication is timely, empathetic and accurate.
  • Nurture excellent customer relationships and create positive experiences.


Important to your success

  • Experience within a case management or workers compensation role with the ability to understand the AMA guides regarding impairment. 
  • Familiarity with WorkSafe or similar claims management operating system.
  • The ability to handle difficult situations and act in a professional manner whilst resolving complex situations in a timely manner.
  • Solid problem solving and relationship building abilities.
  • Formal training qualifications in the management of impairment benefits (desirable).
