Claims Service Officer l  Personal Injury - Melbourne, VIC

We currently have opportunities to join our team as a Claims Service Officer, ensuring Allianz

Personal Injury internal and external customer expectations are met through high volume and quality processing, and resolving internal and external queries.

 

 Important to your success:

  • Maintain a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members and third parties to find solutions consistent with customer needs, Allianz business objectives and desired WorkCover culture
  • Respond to processing and task related queries from various stakeholders, escalating to Senior CSO,  Manager or Case Managers as require
  • Process and complete work allocated within required timeframes, meeting data integrity and schedule requirements (as per Allianz and Worksafe guidelines). This includes accurate processing to ensure no duplication/ erroneous payments are made. Where this occurs correct recovery processes must be put in place
  • Proactively work within a team environment and actively contribute to team goals, whilst  assisting other team member
  • Adhere to Allianz policies and procedures including customer service standards, record  keeping obligations

 

About You

  • Data entry experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Microsoft Office products experience including Windows, Word and Lotus Notes
  • Ability to process quickly and accurately
  • High attention to detail
