Case Manager, Workers Compensation | Melbourne, VIC

  • Structured & supportive 10 week training program
  • Full time opportunity, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5:00pm
  • Interviews commencing from the week of the 3rd of June 2024

We currently have opportunities to join our team as a Case Manager. This role is the perfect opportunity to commence your career in the Workers' Compensation Industry and bring your passion for customer service to build a meaningful career, where you will be supporting injured workers with their recovery from a workplace injury and provide them with a positive customer experience. As a Case Manager, you will complete a comprehensive 8-week training program, consisting of face-to-face training, online learning and one on one coaching support to assist with your development throughout the program.

 

During the 10-week program you will learn:

  • The life cycle of a Workers Compensation claim
  • The support that is available to assist an injured worker with their recovery from a workplace injury
  • The support that is available to facilitate return to work activities for an injured worker and their employer
  • How to manage entitlements to medical treatment and weekly payments
  • How to effectively communicate with our customers

 

After the completion of the training program, you will transition to a claims team to manage a portfolio, to support and assist our customers to achieve the best possible outcome. Ongoing transitional assistance will be provided.

  • A high level of organisational and time management skills
  • Relationship management skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
