A 12 month contract opportunity exists for a Victorian based candidate with Workers Compensation experience and a strong customer service focus.

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring, analysis of and reporting on service metrics
  • The investigation and review of process, policy and claims
  • Connecting with customers and working collaboratively with our teams
  • Advising on and supporting the implementation of improvement opportunities in order to deliver improved outcomes for customer experience, frontline experience and business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the development and growth of stakeholder relationships.
  • Challenging the status quo to ensure program delivers a target customer experience model that can be leveraged across all channels
  • Ensuring compliance with AAL project governance structures and other applicable internal and external risk, audit and compliance frameworks.

 

Important to your success:

  • Victorian Workers Comp Scheme experience is essential
  • A passion for helping our customers and delivering a great customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
  • The ability to identify and implement business improvement initiatives
  • Experience in case management within a personal injury setting
  • Resilience and a proven ability to work in a highly energetic environment
  • Project management skills/experience will be highly regarded, however are not essential
