Position description

 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Digital Trading Schemes Team. This is an exciting opportunity to broaden skills and experience in account management and be responsible for creating and maintaining market leading broker propositions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Management of high profile Digital Trading arrangements
  • Ensuring profitable growth of schemes accounts including monitoring and making decisions regarding account controls, underwriting standards and scheme development.
  • Interpretation of scheme performance, commission and underwriting requirements that will lead to long-term profit and sustainability for the arrangement.
  • You will form strong relationships working with our Digital Trading Teams, brokers and wider Allianz Commercial stakeholders to effectively drive profitable growth for new and existing SME arrangements.
  • Understanding and supporting the strategic delivery of the Digital Trading plan and creating pro-active solutions
  • Working closely with the Digital DA and Schemes Manager, Head of Digital  Underwriting and Distribution to deliver agreed outcomes for the schemes accounts.

 

About you


We are looking for an individual who:

 

  • Has strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills and is confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Is able to identify and drive forward new business opportunities
  • Is organised with a proactive approach to managing priorities
  • Has strong attention to detail, great problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Is driven to meet tight deadlines and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Has ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually
  • Preferably an awareness of SME/E Trading, as well as reasonable knowledge of Excel
  • Has existing underwriting experience and technical authority
