What you do

The Senior Website Analyst, Global B2C will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing our direct-to-consumer websites around the globe to better understand user behavior, and identify opportunities to improve experiences and conversion rates. This role will also execute the user experience testing program and translate results into actionable improvements. The Senior Website Analyst will report to the Senior Digital Product Owner, Global B2C.

 

  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing our website properties, generating insightful analytics to help better understand user behavior; identifying pain points and opportunities to improve experiences and conversion rates
  • Be the subject matter expert on analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics) to assist local country B2C analysts in reviewing website activity and leveraging data to develop actionable insights; Share best-practices to help deepen analytics expertise 
  • Support the planning and implementation of website analytics for local B2C businesses. Partner with B2C Digital Delivery team on tag management, including the coordination and documentation of new and existing tags
  • Execute the A/B/n testing program utilizing Adobe Target; analyze findings and translate into actionable improvements
  • Be the primary point of contact for local B2C Analysts for website analytics topics 
  • Provide regular updates to senior management
  • Conduct adhoc analysis and prepare related presentations, as requested


What you bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 4 plus years of relevant experience in web analytics in an ecommerce business, as well A/B/n testing  
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry a plus
  • Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target. Experience with Google Analytics a plus
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with one or more business intelligence tool (e.g. Power BI or MicroStrategy) 
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Digital Marketing Campaigns tools and KPIs (e.g. Google Ads, Meta for Business - CTR, CPC, CPA, Acquisition Ratio)
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources 
  • Successful track of working in complex matrix environments
  • Experience working internationally with good ability for cross border adaption, preferred
  • Fluent English
