Role Purpose

 

We are looking for a Business Developer Manager  -  Appliance Protection LoB in order to reinforce the team and sustain our growth. The main mission in this role will be an overall responsibility to maintain current sales pipelines and pursue new and existing business opportunities. The position acts as an important link between the Company and its clients and intermediaries which include managed fund schemes, underwritten customers, self-insurers and other client groups. You'll maintain focus on the company's goals and objectives and is in charge of exploring and setting new business potential in direct collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsabilities

 

-Find new business opportunities in Appliance Sector. Contact, follow-up and meet with prospective clients in order to generate and promote the growth of new business. Manage and monitorize of quotation requests for their presentation and approval by the client.

-Examine market activity closely in terms of their procedures, relations to align business development strategy regarding market changes, demands and needs.

-Prepare and carry out detailed proposals and offer presentation to the customers and contracts. Develop follow-up action for implementation and execution of new business.

-Develop and maintain customer and prospects pipeline database. Build lasting and strong relationships with partners. Management of the portfolio of active clients through regular visits. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

- Collaboration with areas involved in the definition and implementation of new products and services and Tenders management.

- Generate monthly follow-up reports referring to the activity carried out and possible new business opportunities, and sales portfolio performance ensuring high sales effectiveness to achieve targets. Prepare, track and report monthly analysis of the customer's purchasing trend by type of product or services and the key indicators/documents defined for the activity.

 

Key requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Bussines Administration Degree or related field Degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B / B2B2C sales, consultative selling.
  • Knowledge of banking/financial/insurance industry and products.
  • Experience in warranty extention is a plus.
  • Good command of both written adn spoken Spanish and English.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills. Ability to build and mantain client relationship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IDD (level 2) certification.
