Who will you be joining?
Allianz SE Holding Operations and Organization is responsible for:
- Organizational Architecture & Business Process Management
- Information and Document Management
- Intercompany and Group Centre Charging and Operations
- Project and Portfolio Management
Holding Operations and Organization designs and implements core professional, procedural organizational requirements to ensure operational efficiency and proper governance in SE Holding.
How can you make an impact?
Shape the Digital Workplace:
- Drive the creation and maintenance of engaging intranet pages to enhance internal communication and collaboration
Create Impactful Resources:
- Develop compelling handbooks and guides that simplify complex processes and empower colleagues
Be a Content Creator:
- Record, edit, and produce high-quality instructional videos that bring training to life and improve onboarding experiences
- Enhance Training Excellence: Collaborate on the creation of in-house SAP training videos, ensuring user-friendly and effective learning resources
- Develop Premium Materials: Contribute to the design and production of top-notch training materials and manuals that set the standard for knowledge sharing
- Support Data-Driven Decisions: Assist in preparing detailed financial reports and chargebacks, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
- Bridge Expertise: Leverage your knowledge in Finance, Controlling, and Marketing to contribute to cross-functional projects that drive business success
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic knowledge in Controlling, Finance, and Marketing
- Experience in creating training materials (e.g., manuals, videos)
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner

- Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
- Previous experience in creating training materials, such as manuals and instructional videos
- Familiarity with intranet management and content creation
- Hands-on experience with Finance, Controlling, or Marketing tasks (e.g., reporting, analysis, or campaign assistance)
- Exposure to SAP systems or training processes is a plus
Key Skills
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools for video recording and editing (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Basic understanding of intranet platforms or content management systems (CMS)
- Analytical skills for preparing reports and financial chargebacks
Communication Skills:
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to write and present effectively
- Ability to simplify and present complex topics in an easily understandable format
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment
Knowledge Areas:
- Basic principles of Marketing, including campaign support and content creation
- Fundamentals of Finance and Controlling, such as report generation and analysis
