As a Working Student, you will report to the GSD Governance and Steering Lead: This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, solution design, and performance management.

What you do

Project Support:

  • Assist the team in leading and managing solution design projects.
  • Support in acting as the liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and addressing concerns.
  • Help in maintaining project documentation and tracking project progress.

Data consolidation and reporting:

  • Act as single point of contact for consolidation of data across all locations.
  • Review, consolidate and present performance report to highlight focus areas.

Requirements Analysis:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and understand project requirements.
  • Assist in evaluating business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Aid in translating business needs into comprehensive project plans.

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in process automation and IT.
  • Assist in creating detailed documentation of business systems and user needs.
  • Support solution architects and subject matter experts in designing integrated solutions.


What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a University Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional European language like German or French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in developing Excel macros, VBA scripts, and other automation tools like Power BI, Celonis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of IT systems, processes, and their impact on business operations.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, BI, and digital solutions.
  • Strong conceptual and presentation skills.
