Job purpose/role
 

As HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at Allianz Investment Management SE, you will be part of our People & Culture Team in Munich which supports our people processes globally and our employees in Germany, Singapore and Luxembourg. Working with the People & Culture team, your focus will be operational HR services for our colleagues in Germany and Luxembourg as well as a strategic partner for the business.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Be the first contact for employees and managers and support with a specific focus on employee advocacy and engagement, relations management and performance development
  • Manage the daily operational HR business (e.g., preparing of employment contracts, amendments to contracts, works council communication)
  • Steer all core employee processes within the employee-life-cycle from recruiting over onboarding to offboarding
  • Work with our partners, like our payroll provider, Global Mobility team and relocation services
  • Drive special HR projects (e.g., Engagement Survey, yearly Compensation Cycle, organization of events)

 

Key requirements / Skills / Experience

  • University degree (with focus in HR is a plus)
  • Ideally 2-3 years professional HR experience
  • Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs (esp. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Hands-on mentality, structured working style and a high level of engagement
