The Impact You Will Have 
Working as a Data Change Management Specialist at AGCS requires delivering training needs analysis, consultancy and especially training solutions to ensure successful usage and understanding of reporting tools, data feeds and reports. It includes designing and delivering training, fostering relationships with the business functions, coaching and consulting to ensure business value and understanding.

 

As the Data Change Management Specialist you will be working in a global organization engaging with key functions to ensure effective adoption of new skills, enabling the employees to successfully deliver business results in an agile environment. A deep understanding of reporting, data and data management will be necessary to foster global unified understanding and knowledge. A key component is to translate technical details and data models into an easy-to-understand business language. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs that align with a data-driven and customer-centric mindset. Evaluate existing materials, plan and structure training sessions, and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), business leaders, and agile teams to develop concise and engaging training sessions that meet the needs of the target audience and align with messaging objectives.
  • Lead and deliver use case driven training sessions, whether e-learning or live, in accordance with AGCS methods and standards. Ensure effective content delivery, participant engagement, and knowledge transfer. Be responsible for delivering change as part of the global program offer and roll-out.
  • Foster a strong data community by building relationships with business functions. Identify logistical requirements, review previous approaches, develop a concept for recurring engagement, and implement this concept.
  • Engage senior leaders and data experts to champion the transformation towards a data-driven mindset. Prepare employees to embrace and adapt to the evolving data landscape.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan for raising awareness, upskilling, and facilitating the learning journey towards a data-driven mindset transformation.
  • Continuously assess the progress of the change initiative and make necessary adjustments. This includes utilizing the learning management system to customize invites per session, generate registration reports in advance per session, provide training participation reports, and offer first-level technical support.
  • Identify potential risks and dependencies regarding the change and training delivery, anticipate points of resistance from users, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address these concerns.
  • Participate in Change Management activities, such as stakeholder analysis and management, planning of change communication, and supporting business engagement.

 

Experience and Expertise:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Training and Change Consultant, with strong expertise in reporting, portfolio management
  • Working within financial institutions or insurance
  • Deep knowledge of smart data, dashboards (especially MS Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud), and analytics solutions is preferred.

 

Training and Facilitation Skills:

  • Proven ability to deliver global application training rollouts, particularly on data-related topics like data literacy, data governance, and data quality (e.g. for a data-driven mindset transformation initiative)
  • Experience with digital learning tools and a background in fostering a data-driven mindset are essential.

 

Collaboration and Agile Work:

  • Strong presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Experience working in agile environments, multitasking, and meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings.
  • An analytical mindset and a strong passion for data and technology.

 

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in both German and English
