Who will you be joining?
Group Taxation (GTAX) is the tax department of Allianz SE, the listed parent company of Allianz Group.
GTAX supports the Board of Management to ensure high quality and efficient tax reporting and tax compliance and represents the company against external authorities.
With our diverse team of more than 30 tax advisors, lawyers and senior experts we enable sustainable growth by providing tax advice to senior management, performing group wide tax planning and engaging in strategic projects.
GTAX sets group wide tax standards, steers and coordinates the local tax functions to ensure effective tax risk management and to safeguard Allianz reputation as a responsible tax payer.

How can you make an impact?
Group Tax operates in an international environment with continuous touchpoints with our operating entities, tax authorities, senior managers and C-level stakeholders. In your full-time role as (Senior) Tax Expert
You will:
- Manage Income Tax Compliance for the German companies including the signoff of tax returns
- Advise on projects and investments with regard to Corporate Income Taxes
- Identify and develop Corporate Income Tax planning measures for German Allianz companies
- Advise and implement Corporate Income Tax requirements and processes in ERP systems
- Analyse of Corporate Income Tax developments and advising/supporting on adaption to changes
- Manage and instruct external tax advisors / business partner
- Monitor the local execution of tax processes and management of potential compliance incidences
- Manage tax audits and controversies
- Manage projects as the case may be (e.g. PaPM)
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration / economics, taxation or law (or other related field)
- Certified tax advisor
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Detailed knowledge in SAP R3 / S4 Hana and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge in Corporate Income Taxes
- 3+ years prior experience as tax advisor or inhouse tax manager
- Tax advisory both on national and international level
- Project management
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with AI solutions and automatization of tax processes
