We are looking for a Multinational Senior Program Manager, based in London. 

Your Team  

Our team is committed to providing an effective and efficient administration and processing service for multinational insurance programs, serving underwriting, accounts, claims, credit control, and brokers/clients, while acting as the multinational subject matter expert for the relevant line of business. 

The Impact You Will Have 

Reporting to the Multinational Team Manager, you will significantly impact the efficiency and quality of multinational insurance program administration by serving as a subject matter expert, enhancing team capabilities, and driving process and system improvements to align with business objectives and embrace new technologies. 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

• Complex Program Management: Responsible for overseeing programs and policies of high complexity, including complex reinsurance panels, captive structures, and high premium/visibility accounts, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of underwriting materials. 

• Underwriting Support and Recommendations: Review and interpret source underwriting materials for completeness, escalate missing information, and provide recommendations to underwriters on program structure for Allianz multinational programs, steering global implementation and addressing coverage and wording queries. 

• Policy Issuance and Documentation: Collect and provide relevant information for renewals/quotations, prepare policy setup, issuance, and booking for new and renewed business, invoice customers, and produce necessary documentation accurately and timely. 

• Premium Management and Reconciliation: Chase and reconcile premiums globally with partners, including local SOEs, brokers, and customers, coordinating closely with Credit Control to ensure timely payments, driving tasks under supervision. 

• Relationship Building and Process Improvement: Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, attend meetings, and liaise with other countries to drive global process improvement and harmonization, acting independently in cross-functional projects and system ownership. 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

• Demonstrated excellent knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and documentation. 

• Experience in handling international insurance programs, including an advanced understanding of structuring a compliant multinational program. 

• Good understanding of relevant insurance products, wordings, terms and conditions, and coverages, providing valuable insights and recommendations. 

• Advanced understanding of the policy administration life cycle, including information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings, credit control, and cancellation processes. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities, to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. 

• Proven time management skills and experience in scheduling tasks, prioritizing daily activities to ensure efficient and timely completion. 

• Ability to motivate others, acting as an effective team player, with experience in training and coaching staff to enhance team performance and development. 

• A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.  

• Or:  The ability to utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and contribute to data-driven decision-making is valuable.  

• Or:  A willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role and the broader organization is expected.
