The London HR team comprises of three HR functions – HR Consultancy (also known as HR Business Partnering), People Services, and Talent Acquisition. You will work with these HR functions and also be part of the global HR Consultancy team. The Consultancy team consists of HR Business Partners and County Leads around the globe, who provide consultancy services and advice to managers and employees within the organisation by facilitating the execution of HR solutions and supporting the growth of the business and its overall strategy.

 

The Analyst role will have a focus of learning and specializing in HR Business Management for the global HR Consultancy Team.  You will also work with the wider local HR functions and topics in People Services and Talent Acquisition. You will get a full HR overview working with colleagues in the London office and the global HR team.

 

We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and sensitive to data to support people analytics and insights initiatives, detail-oriented to take on administrative tasks; a self-starter who can bring new perspectives to projects and topics and have an interest in HR and people elements in the corporate world.

 

What you will do 

 

•    Support HR Consultancy team on cyclical HR processes, e.g., engagement survey, year-end compensation review, promotion process, etc.
•    Support HR Business Manager on day-to-day business
•    Participate and assist the coordination of projects and ad-hoc tasks
•    Responsible for Head of HR Consultancy’s meeting, travel arrangements, and expense claims
•    Take lead on conference call and meeting organisation, i.e., agenda, minutes, meeting and discussion notes, and follow-ups with respective parties
•    Prepare presentations, project documents, analysis, and management meeting materials
•    Research in new technologies to automate and streamline processes

 

What you bring 

 

•    Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data manipulation and analytical skills
•    Experience with Power BI would be a plus
•    Exemplary written communication and presentation skills
•    Experience in HR or Financial Institutions would be preferred
•    Ability to handle sensitive information in a professional and confident manner
•    High accuracy, reliability, pro-activeness and working independently 
•    Process-drive with exceptional attention to details
•    Tech savviness, ability to pick up and navigate new tools, systems, and processes
•    Well-organised and ability to prioritise and reprioritise work according to changing environment
•    Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines and achieve effective results in a fast-paced global environment
•    Bachelor's Degree in any discipline welcome
•    Fresh graduate or early career professionals welcome
