Allianz Trade is looking for our new E-Commerce Customer Success Manager. Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce NEUR, you will be responsible for the profitable renewal of the E-Commerce portfolio, customer satisfaction, amongst other tasks.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Own customer relationship post contract signature (after successful handover from the sales team)
  • Secure solution adoption and ramp up to maximize insurable turnover
  • Provide expertise to the customer with regards to best practice, buyer journey, user experience…
  • Monitor acceptance rate, turnover growth, Loss Ratio and any other KPI together with the customer
  • Upsell additional services where appropriate
  • Support scale up of the solution (new geographies, new branches using the service)
  • Secure a trusted advisor relationship with the customer
  • Share product change requests to central team
  • Secure renewal accounting for profitable policy performance
  • Achieve Retention, Rate Variation, Volume Variation targets of owned portfolio
  • Achieve L/R target of the owned portfolio

 

What you will bring:

 

Market knowledge:
- In depth know-how in E-Commerce and markets specifics of the Region
- Ability to translate market know-how into new initiatives for AZT’s long term growth
- Business focus: interest in and knowledge of the E-Commerce in the respective Region and major market trends in Payments, BNPL, Credit Cards, Fintechs, Finance and Banking
Business expertise:
- Strong knowledge in key account management, API/Tech knowledge, relationship building skills with Partners
Interpersonal skills:
- Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to internals stakeholders in Group/Regions
