Position overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Corporate Insurance Sales to lead our corpo sales team and drive the growth of our corporate insurance portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker, strongly motivated, client oriented with understanding of the corporate insurance market and a high dedication to develop a trustful working environment.


Key responsibilities:

📈 Sales plans: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate insurance sales targets

🚀 Leadership: Develop, lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team

🤝 Key clients and brokers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and brokers

📊 New business opportunities: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

🙏 Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions

🧾 Presentation: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management


Qualifications:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field (Master's preferred)

📈  Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales

🤝 Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams

💻 Insurance knowledge: Understanding corporate insurance products and services

🌟 Soft skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

🛫Travel: Ability to travel as required
