We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of panel healthcare providers, ensuring the success of our cost-containment initiatives.

You'll be responsible for:

• Monitor compliance of healthcare providers to cost-containment initiatives set by the Company
• Maintain a dashboard based on Allianz Care Services (ACS) cost-containment monitoring framework
• Analyze claims data to identify healthcare providers engaging in abuse/fraud/wasteful practices
• Evaluate overall impact of cost-containment initiatives

Important to your success:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
• Applicants with 4- 6 years of healthcare/medical background and understanding of clinical best practices
• Clinical experience is an advantage
• Experience in claims assessment is an advantage
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of Microsoft Excel (or other statistical software)
• Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for data analysis and generating actionable insights.
