Position Cluster:
The Senior System Administrator is responsible for supervising daily operations, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the smooth functioning of software issues, as well as expertise in administering Windows/Linux hybrid environments. As a senior member of the team, they will also be actively identify opportunities for improved system performance.
•Over ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
•Manage enterprise storage solutions across multiple systems.
•Deploy and maintain VMWare/hyper-v virtualized assets across all networks.
•Develop strategies for maintaining systems up to date with current patches and updates.
• Troubleshoot issues on Windows, Linux, and virtualized systems while providing expert technical guidance to the team.
•understanding of TCP/IP networking, application layer protocols, load balancing/high availability design, and system architecture principles
•Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in system administration in a mid-to-large sized organization in the similar role.
•MCSE,CCNA is preferred
•Typing and communication skills in English & Arabic.
•Physically fit to carry out duties.
•Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
•Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
•Experience leading and managing IT teams
