Job Summary

Be part of the team that built the biggest motor insurance portfolio in Malaysia! Meet and collaborate with stakeholders from other functions who are passionate about insurance and constantly pushing the boundaries of the motor insurance ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data extraction and tabulation for simple analysis
  • Assess and approve motor policies routed to HQ for approval
  • Conduct market research to continually improve our product features
  • Prepare regular reports such as CBC compliance, number of approval cases, regulatory reports
  • Support branch requests such as policy and claim enquiries, product coverage, system functionalities etc.
  • Prepare user requirements and perform testing on system changes, including new products, product revisions, underwriting rules etc.
  • Maintain and update internal records on product changes and implementation timelines for audit purposes

 

Key Requirements

  • Talents with up to 5 years of relevant work experience in General (Non-Life) Insurance
  • University degree or equivalent further education
  • High learning agility and work efficiency
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills
  • Strong computer application skills in Microsoft Office product suite, especially Excel and Word
