We are looking for a Multinational Insurance Program Coordinator, based in Cologne or Munich.

Your Team 
At Allianz Commercial our Program Managers support the business by capturing and processing policy information; from submissions through to billing and collection. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and operational effectiveness for our clients.

Reporting to the Multinational Manager for Liability, your primary responsibility will be to provide an efficient administrative and processing service to Underwriting, Accounts, Claims, Credit Control and our Brokers/Clients.  

The Impact You Will Have 

Your responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting source underwriting materials to ensure all information is complete including broker presentation, slips, underwriting files and accounts.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• Being responsible for accounts of low to high complexity
• Coordinating with Underwriting to address questions and issues regarding cover and wording. Authorisation in line with assigned limits
• Being a key point of contact for our customers and brokers, including taking part in face-to-face meetings
• Accurately and efficiently populating our systems with new and renewed business, preparing reports
• Developing effective working relationships with internal and external customers
• Invoicing customers and producing all relevant documentation, e.g. policies, certificates, endorsements to the Broker (or Client)/ Co-Insurers in a timely and accurate manner

What You’ll Bring to the Role
We’d like to find someone with a first experience handling the administration of multinational programs, or at least policy administration in a Corporate Financial Services context.

• You are available to start soon in Cologne or Munich
• Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills, in fluent German and good business English
• A good understanding of relevant products, wordings, terms and conditions and coverages
• Great time management skills, and the ability to review priorities according to need
• Data-driven and innovation-minded, you are able to implement new digital ways of working
• You work well in a team and remain calm under pressure
