Claim Non-Motor Commercial Examiner

- To manage and deliver superior end-to-end Claims Handling activities for respective LOB claims handling in a timely, efficient and effective manner

- To manage, identify and improve the detection and prevention of fraudulent claims and all other functional areas

- Performing active claims handling from notification until payment and closing of the files

- Establish prudent reserving process and negotiation process during claims handling

- Actively monitoring process of indentifying suspected fraud claims and analyze claims data/patterns to uncover fraud patterns

- Monitor and review steering process of the claims to preferred providers/vendors

Job Requirement:

- Education Background Bachelor Degree with Insurance knowledge or insurance expertise

- Have at least 5 years experience in Insurance Claim industry 

- Experience to control and manage huge claims handling team

- Understand about Travel Insurance business and travel business in general

- Have several skills such as: insurance product services, claims notification investigation, claims settlement, negotiation and persuasion skills.
