IT Risk & Compliance Specialist

Job Purpose
We are looking for an IT Risk & Compliance Specialist who will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the Compliance of the OE IT Function and will be also managing Information Risks in line with the Business Owners’ risk appetite. The role reports to the CIO.
What you will do
- Support the Business Owners in scoping the OE’s IT and its constituting Objects at Risk according to their inherent risk
- Identify Information Risks with respect to all relevant IT Controls, leveraging provider’s control assurance
- Support the Business Owners in assessing the Information Risks with respect to probability and impact
- Support the Business Owners in deciding on the adequate risk response
- Monitor the responses to the Information Risks, and report on their status to the COO as well as to Group Functions
- Regularly re-assess Information Risks
- Gather information on the compliance of the OE IT Function with relevant internal and external regulation
- Monitor external regulation for relevant changes aligned with the OE Compliance Function
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant discipline. Master’s degree is a plus
- 2-3 years of minimum experience in IT risk management, IT compliance, or other related roles
- Proven track record of implementing risk and compliance frameworks and managing IT Governance
- Experience in a similar role in the Financial Services Sector or the Insurance Sector is an asset
- Excellent command of Greek and English language (both oral and written)
- Familiarity with IT risk assessment tools, compliance software, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms
- Effective communication skills to work with stakeholders across all levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
