As delivery manager you are responsible for overseeing the delivery of our IAM projects and services. You ensure that the projects are delivered on time and according to the agreed specifications and quality standards. You also supervise the operational service provider, coordinate with other IT teams, and communicate with the clients about their feedback and manage their escalations.
 
This position will be based in our Frankfurt/Munich office. 

What you will do 
 

• Managing and supervision of the service providers responsible for daily operations of our IAM tools Cyberark and One Identity
• Track service performance of the service providers and vendors, and ensure that they deliver the agreed services and meet the SLAs
• Operational and coordinating support for urgent service issues (e.g. support with incident coordination, manage escalations and troubleshooting related to IAM services)
• Monitoring IAM systems and processes to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of IAM projects, from initiation to closure, track tasks and activities
• Ensure that the project deliverables meet the quality standards and the client requirements, and conduct quality assurance
• Handover to the operations team and ensure proper testing and documentation in Confluence

What you bring 
 

• Three years of experience in IT project management or IT service management, preferably in a similar role
• Detailed knowledge of IAM tools and technologies. Note: Specific experience with One Identity Manager is required, and CyberArk is preferred
• Experience in managing user lifecycle (identities, request & approval, provisioning, recertification, business roles)
• Work experience with Active Directory, Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow would be a plus
• Knowledgeable in ITIL processes, demonstrating expertise in IT service management
• Experience in controlling service provider team
• Excellent communication skills (English, German is an advantage)
