The functional role of the Operations Manager sits within the Fund Admin Support Team in Germany.

The team is responsible for the management of AllianzGI relationships towards external providers, custodians, and fund accountants.

The role of the Operations Manager focuses but is not limited to the oversight of German Institutional Business. The role is based in Frankfurt/ Munich.

What you will do 

• Oversight German Institutional Business
• Organize and moderate local and cross regional review boards with providers and business partners
• Negotiate new and existing Service Level Agreements
• Oversee existing SLAs and KPI activities
• Implement and manage holistic incident management process
• Coverage of CSDR & SFTR related topics in the day to day business
• Support implementation of oversight framework and controls for Sec Lending Agents
• Internal Stakeholder Management (e.g., Institutional Sales)
• General Coordinator for BAU related Back Office Processes with all involved Provider (Fund Accountant, Custodians, Security Lender, etc.)
• Support Fund Audit activities for German Products

What you bring 

• Very good knowledge of the asset management process value chain with focus on middle and back office (especially fund accounting, custody, institutional investors)
• Good knowledge and professional experience in the German asset management
•  Very good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to deal with internal / external clients and stakeholders at various senior levels
• Strong intercultural skills and sensitivity
• Attention to detail, high level of integrity
• Strong level of prioritization and management skills
• Team spirit, proactive and committed working style
• Fluent in German & English
