The Role
The Finance Process Expert reports directly to the Head of Finance Transformation and is responsible for leading and coordinating business efforts on Finance transformation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between Group Finance, regional Finance functions, and Operations, and ensure business responsibilities on the following topics:
- Contribute to tool change projects
- Review and define business priorities, plan business resources
- Manage and coordinate business activities for the collection and formalization of requirements
- Contribute to the design and validation of solutions from a business perspective
- Manage and coordinate user testing of new tools and related features
- Ensure the adoption of the solution by business functions, adapt and document processes

- Organize and coordinate preparatory business activities and lead the prerequisites for transformation: process harmonization...
- Contribute to the design, maintenance, and improvement of the Digital Operating Model (DOM), particularly document, report, and validate local deviations
- Establish and implement business guidelines that must be applied
- Identify and leverage productivity drivers to improve Operational Excellence
- Contribute to the management of the global/regional super-user community: identify global application super-users
- Serve as a data manager in the context of the Enterprise Data Model (EDM - defining a common data model for the group)
Experience and Skills Required:
- Finance expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or management control
- Knowledge in finance
- Strong experience in team/people leadership and team spirit
- Solid experience in change management
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to communicate clearly and in a structured manner about visions, reasons, and objectives - to all types of audiences and levels of seniority
- Ability to lead and manage teams with a collaborative leadership attitude and to drive a community in an international environment
- Client/business-oriented mindset, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders (including the executive committee) and foster relationships across Allianz Trade
- Ability to think in a structured way, synthesize, prioritize, arbitrate, and decide
- Fluent English
