What we do

This part time role (24 month contract) is ideal for a process driven, detail orientated candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment. The candidate will have the benefit of working in a hybrid set up where working from home and in the office is part of the role. You will partner closely with the relevant HR and Finance Teams.

 

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


• Support with monthly coordination and preparation of payroll and benefit data for all regions
• Pension Scheme and Health Insurance Plan administration
• Statutory reporting on ROS
• Preparation of accurate and timely payroll-related reports for use throughout the company
• Dealing with day to day queries on employee payroll and benefit related issues.
• Maintain system data accuracy through monthly checks
• Work with Global HR Ops on any group projects for continuous improvement of systems
• Liaise with HR Business Partners and Business Managers regarding Payroll issues/queries
• Take ownership of statutory Pension Auto Enrollment process (from 2025)

 

Profile key requirements 
• 2 - 3 years of payroll experience
• Must have experience of Intelligo Megapay and Report Writer would be an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of PAYE, USC, PRSI, BIK, ROS, Defined Contribution Pension schemes
• Experience of working in fast paced dynamic environment
• Strong working knowledge of Excel is essential
• High levels of data accuracy, attention to detail, initiative, discretion and sense of responsibility
• IPASS Qualification would be an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and work within deadlines
