What you do

  • Lead the onboarding of strategic new clients/business into the business ensuring Operational requirements are delivered and the optimal operation processes are maintained.
  • Lead Operational Input into Strategic new opportunities/Tenders outlining Allianz Partner Health ability to meet an opportunity requirement.
  • Lead on behalf of operations new Partnership frontings ensuring optimal operation model is put into place to support the membership in those jurisdictions.
  • Lead and co-ordinate additional strategic/ top priority projects involving multi-national teams and potential external experts.
  • Prepare and assess a business case(s) and the evaluation of the strategic alignment of all projects.
  • Assist with the development and management of detailed project/task plans, timelines, resource requirements and training as necessary.
  • Effectively control a projects operations scope to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with specified deadlines.
  • Prepare and present project results, including milestones, issues, and problem resolution.
  • Support the Operations teams in implementing solutions in existing service delivery models. 
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to mediate conflicts and solve project related issues.
  • Work with project team members to identify issues and actions that require escalation to the Senior operations Leadership. 
  • Coordinate, attend and record conference calls and project meetings.
  • Be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with and lead cross-functional teams towards delivery. 
  • Deliver reporting for use by Senior Management which highlights achievement, deliverables, and issues, fostering strong working relationship with Business Sponsors, Key Stakeholders, 
     


What you bring

  • Technical Experience of working in one of AzC Operations Department for at least 4 + Years 
  • Project methodology & qualification desirable
