Job Overview:

The role of the BD Reinsurance Assistant would be to support the BD Reinsurance Function in all activities related to ensuring a smooth client relationship and Admin coordination. This role is integral to help the unit acquire and sustain clients and achieve sales and profitability objectives. Additionally, the BD Reinsurance Assistant acts as a bridge between Business Development Reinsurance Function and the other business functions within Nextcare.

The incumbent would also support in Procurement, entertainment, communication and Audit activities on all aspects and initiatives related to the BD REIN Function.

What you will do:

Client Relations Coordination

  • Provide administrative support to Head of Business Development Reinsurance which would include but not be limited to scheduling business engagements, handling client visits and other client relation activities.
  • Act as a liaison between the Business Development REIN Function and the other Business Units to cater to customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Aggregate and document product and service requests to assist each member/Manager and maintain accurate record-keeping.
  • Deliver on tasks / responsibilities assigned by team members / managers for specific client needs.
  • Provide administrative support to Head of Function in all central functions activities including but not limited to: HR, IT, Office & Facilities, Audit, Compliance, etc…

Other Activities

  • Responsible for printing and maintaining all the contracts related to Procurement & Audit function.
  • Coordinating with Providers and Payers regarding the contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of the status of various contracts and follow up until completion.
  • Maintain the Financial Database for the Procurement & Audit Department.

What you will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Business Administration background is preferred.
  • 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Physically fit to carry out duties.
  • Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
  • Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
