We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to join our family of talented people in the Pet Trading team, working across our pet portfolio.
As a Marketing Executive within the Sales Optimisation Team. You will be focused on optimising the experience and sale journey of leads.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for working with external agencies to deliver and optimise targeted communications. You will work to develop, implement and measure the impact of customer campaigns. You will retain a focus on customer experience and campaign performance. You will also work to optimise the online buying journey for leads.
Hybrid working - Ditton Park (Datchet)
Key responsibilities:
- Owning end-to-end delivery of highly targeted and personalised campaigns, from briefing agencies, planning implementation, collaborating internally stakeholders to launch and analysis
- Work with external agencies to ensure we develop high quality communications using industry best practice
- Analyse and optimise the online buying journey for leads including test and learn activity
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all campaigns are fully briefed and to gain insights to improve campaign effectiveness
About You
Essential
- A qualified professional in marketing or keen to study towards this e.g. CIM or IDM
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, as well as numerical skills to analyse key insight
- An excellent communicator with high standards of verbal and written communication skills
- Open to challenges and change as well as a willingness to learn and have a positive can-do attitude
- Experienced in creating customer communications from concept to delivery across email, SMS and Direct Mail
Desirable
- Experienced in projects involvement
- Experienced in working with external agencies
- Experience in web conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
